Going through life with all its ups and downs can be overwhelming and lonely.
In a time where we have the privilege of connecting with anyone worldwide at our fingertips, it seems we’ve lost the spirit of companionship and camaraderie. I feel it and I’m sure you do too.
As human beings, it’s in our nature to want a sense of connection and belonging. So, my hope for the Link of Hearts Circle is to provide a space to see each other in person, face to face - and to bring back the spirit of coming together, to belong and be a part of something bigger than us.
Link of Hearts Circle will be a small and intimate quarterly gathering of women with the intention of providing a safe space where “it’s okay to not be okay.” A space where we can get real, share our truths and our stories, and help each other grow. And the purpose of it all is to make you feel less alone. So, let’s get together, sit in a circle, and let’s talk! I can’t do this on my own, but together, WE CAN.
How does it work?
For each quarter, we’ll pick a month and a Saturday afternoon where Link of Hearts Circle will get-together in someone’s home. Home is where the heart is, and it is our purpose to be in a space where it is safe to open our hearts to each other and start the conversation. This group is NOT intended to be used as a form of therapy, diagnosis or mental health or medical treatment, or be a “support group.” This is not a 24-hour helpline, nor are we trained mental health professionals.
This is a group of women with an intention to help each other and provide comfort wherever you are in your life’s journey, ultimately forming real, strong and lasting friendships. The purpose is, to make you feel less alone.

Circle of Talk
Provides an opportunity for each woman to share anything she’s comfortable with and allows her to be heard in a deeper meaning. This is voluntary only. Anyone who’s not ready to talk or share is given a space of respect, love and compassion. This format empowers everyone to start a deep conversation that really matters.
Circle of Empowerment
This time is allotted for an activity with some guests on occasion that is designed to help develop each woman’s self-love, self-growth, self-healing, and to empower each other as a group.
Examples: guided meditation, journaling workshop, movement/dance workshop, etc.
This time is meant for everyone to continue conversations, get to know each other more and really connect one to one.
We can’t wait to have you join us in the circle.
With love + gratitude,
*Please note that in no way should this group be used as a form of therapy or mental health treatment. We are not a 24-hour helpline, nor are we trained mental health professionals.
